  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Flor Dorada is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers must enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers must pay for re-shipping.
