Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Order Tracking

- Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Flor Dorada is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers must enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers must pay for re-shipping.
