Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

- Gift cards.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Condition: Items must be free from signs of wear, scratches, or damage.
How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Request Approval: Email us at Flordoradajewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Flor Dorada is not responsible for lost returns.
- Processing Time: Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (minus shipping costs).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
