At Flor Dorada, we take pride in offering high-quality, gold-filled, Sterling Silver 925, 10K & 14K solid gold jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale or discounted items.
    • Gift cards.
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Condition: Items must be free from signs of wear, scratches, or damage.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Request Approval: Email us at Flordoradajewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  3. Shipping:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Flor Dorada is not responsible for lost returns.
  4. Processing Time: Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or to the original payment method (minus shipping costs).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
  • Flor Dorada is not responsible for damage due to improper jewelry care.
